Boiled chana - 1/2 - 3/4 cup
Butter/ Ghee / oil - 2 tsp
Finely chopped garlic - 1 tsp
Finely chopped ginger - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 1/4 tps
Finely chopped onions - 2 tsp
Boiled chana - 1/2 cup
Garnish with fresh coriander
For serving:
Onion - 1 tsp
Masala , coriander & lots of lemon juice
