This map is called Last Resort on its thumbnail but on the Steam workshop it is named L4D2_Last Resort 3.0. I am not sure if they are the same map but just make sure you got the right map when you are downloading. Also keep mods to a minimum as this map tends to crash if you have too many mods running in your game.
