Maruti Suzuki Wagon R starts at ₹ 4.46 lakh - ₹ 5.95 lakh and it comes in total 14 versions and automatic transmission available in all variants except LXi base model. It comes with two K-Series BS6 petrol engine options. However base model gets only one engine i.e 1.0 engine and VXi model gets two i.e 1.0, 1.2 and top model ZXi get one 1.2 engine option only.

New Wagon R 2019 shares its Heartect platform with a number of Maruti Suzuki models like the Ertiga, Ignis, Baleno and Swift, which makes it lighter than the outgoing model and capable of meeting upcoming crash test norms. The new platform also sees the Wagon R become larger than its predecessor.

Due to Suzuki’s Heartect platformwhich has allowed in weight reduction of 65 kgs, when compared to old WagonR.

Interiors get a touchscreen infotainment system which the automaker calls ‘SmartPlay Studio’.(available in Top Variant ZXi Models). However, this system features only in the top end variant, VXi trims get a 2 DIN audio system. WagonR gets Driver Airbag, ABS with EBD, seat belt reminder, speed alert system,central locking and rear parking sensors as standard. However, only optional variants in L & V gets Passenger Side Airbag and Front Seat Belts with Pretensioners & Force Limiters.

Maruti Suzuki WagonR is powered by a 1.2L, 4-cylinder petrol engine, which also powers the Ignis, Swift, DZire and Baleno. In its WagonR tuned avatar, it offers 83 PS power and 113Nm torque mated to a AMT as well as manual transmission. This engine claims 21.5 kmpl mileage. This engine features in the V and Z variants. The 1.0 litre, 3-cylinder engine is carried forward and offers 68 PS power and 90 Nm torque mated to 5 speed manual, and an AMT unit. This engine claims 22.5 kmpl mileage. The 1.0 litre engine will power base and mid variant of new WagonR.

Colour Options :- Silky Silver, Magma Grey, Nutmeg Brown, Autumn Orange, Poolside Blue, Solid White.
