Paddle guy Jason here... in this kayak fishing trip report you are coming with me to Wellington NZ capital city, where I met up with a friend and local kayak instructor Dave who works at Fergs Kayaks.
Dave has picked a spot called Makara Beach. Situated on the kapati coast side of Wellington. The plan is to take the 2 Barracuda Kayak Fish Pro kayaks and head out to catch some blue cod, possibly snapper if they are around yet and then beach the kayaks so we can go for a snorkel and collect some Paua (abalone to my international viewers)
