Pop-up Cards Tutorial - The Wheel with Retracting Arm

How to make a pop up card where a image will rise and lower at the top edge when the wheel mechanism is turned. Learn how to create the wheel with retracting arm mechanism and make an image rise and retract into the card when the wheel is turned. In this video, I took a small 2D card and transformed it into a pop up card and now that it has movement, the message is a little more interesting.
