Описание к видео DIY Electric Piano - Tines and Tonebars - Episode 6

In this series I am trying to create an electric piano that is cheap and easy to make. In this part I create a tine and tonebar that create the same note as one from a Fender Rhodes.

I have not selected damper material yet, as this will be chosen once the tone generator has been created.

I try to explain how i think the process of manufacture for the tines. Without actual witnessing the whole process this is guess work, so if anyone has any extra information, please let me know.
