Fortunate enough to be able to visit this place. My travel dates coincided with the local guides' second visit into Lembah Mak Sinak in an effort to find the end of the path and check if it is suitable to be opened as an eco-tourism spot. My guide asked if I would be interested to visit this place during my trip and the answer was of course YES!

The journey into Lembah Mak Sinak is 90% in water and requires one to swim as there are parts where it is deep with no sight of the bottom of the river. It took us about 3 hours in before coming to a waterfall, where the lead guide decided to turn back. There was definitely further path up but weather was not on our side to explore the place deeper.

To swim through the deep canyon while sightseeing was really beautiful. A lifetime chance that I did not regret to say YES to!
