Описание к видео The making of Fear Less (flowers) - a painting combining 3d printed block printing and acrylic paint

As I have done for the past few years, I created a piece for the annual 20x20 fundraiser for the Amarillo Museum of Art. I have been curious about combining 3d printing and traditional mediums and the result is this painting.

I used my Prusa i3 Mk3 3d printer to print the "Fear Less" letters in relief and then used a block print roller to apply acrylic ink. The rest of the piece is molding paste and acrylic paint.

Now in its 19th year, the 20x20 ART EXHIBITION AND ONLINE AUCTION is an annual fundraiser designed to celebrate art and support AMoA’s innovative education programs as well as our local artist community.
