My Review:
What a great addition to my electronic devises. It took me a little while to figure out setting up my connections to my iPhone 7 Plus and LG Android tablet but after rereading the directions, it was simple. After down loading the WiFi View app from the App store, and once you have turned on the Endoscope and go to your WiFi settings on your ios or Android devise, you will find the WiFi connection and you simply connect to the unit then put in the provided pass code that’s in the user manual. The Endoscope camera comes with a really long cable 34 feet 6 inches, that’s a good long distance to visually reach out and through places that are impossible to see without the use of a product like this. On one ends of the cable is the WiFi control box that allows you to turn ON/OFF the unit, LED indicator lights, LED light thumb diel to control the dimness or brightness of camera light and a micro USB port then just beyond the control box the cable extends another 15 inches to a micro USB. On the opposite end of the cable is the camera with 6 tiny LED lights with blue LED technology. The camera also comes with a small plastic container that provides three accessories that can be used; a mirror that will provide an angle view, a hook that can help in capturing a distant wire or other object and a magnet witch will also help in capturing a screw/nut or other metal object. The three accessory attachments can be easily screwed onto the camera end. Also included are a Micro USB to Micro USB cable and a USB to Micro USB cable plus a user manual.
I am so pleased to have the use of this system and I am finding that I needed this way more than I could have imagined. It’s like having an extra set of hands and eyes. There are so many projects that will be easier to get done by having this tool. The system is waterproof at a rating of IP67 witch means that 6= protected against dust, 7= protected against the effects of immersion in water to depth between 15 and 1 meter for about 30 minutes. This will allow me to run the camera down through my pluming system without the worries of water destroying the system. I really love the idea of being able to run the cable down through my walls and using the hook accessory to grab a wire I’m trying to feed through one place to another or using the magnet to grab a metal object out of my reach and view. Working on my truck will now be simpler and everything from working on my house, truck, the boat to so many other projects will be simpler and can be viewed from my Android tablet and iPhone. I can take snap shots and record video of everything that is important. I did send the camera into my houses heater vents to see how the pipes looked, I found that I really had to have patents on how the camera would snake trough the duct work because I couldn’t always get it in the position I wanted but once I messed around with it for a while I was able to find where something under the house had torn a hole into the pipe. There is so much to say about this system but I will just finish by saying, I really love the Endoscope and it is now my best friend. The Endoscope is a fantastic Product and works great, well worth having.
