We Are Strong, Toronto Council Fire’s BIPOC youth-led podcast is BACK! During this podcast we will be addressing systemic issues that we, as BIPOC youth in Toronto, resist against every day. By highlighting the inequities faced in urban spaces, we hope to inspire a new generation of youth to be empowered to speak on their experiences with hopefulness and pride, all across Turtle Island.

The We Are Strong team welcomes Emerelle and Alena of ENAGB Indigenous Youth Agency to our podcast for a discussion on the incredible work done by their agency. ENAGB is a dynamic organization that provides necessary support to Indigenous youth, facilitating their abilities to succeed, empowering them through self-determination, courage and resiliency. Emerelle and Alena reflect on the importance of establishing a space where Indigenous Youth feel safe, connected, and supported in pursuing their dreams, reclaiming their cultures, and reclaiming community.
