On a jobsite, teams are spread out — but training still has to reach everyone. That’s why Bernhard Heckmann took a fresh look at their instruction process: moving away from outdated on-site sessions and toward digital training that’s planned, trackable and easy to roll out.

In this video, you’ll see what digital training can look like: prepare content calmly, choose when to roll it out, and use quizzes and confirmations to track who completed it — and who’s still missing. That makes audits much easier because you can prove: everyone was reached.

A big part of this is content creation with Genius: upload a PDF, turn it into plain language, translate it, add a video — and get suggested questions for the learning check automatically.

And then there are the smart glasses: put them on, record from your point of view, upload — done. For practical instructions, “seeing it” is often much easier than long explanations. And when someone needs a refresh, they can simply watch it again.
