It's crazy to think the Marlborough Sounds make up about 20 percent of New Zealands coast line, yet it's a stunning part of the South Island we've never visited before. We're not just taking a scenic flight over The Sounds with Pelorus Air, we're also jumping on a ferry and heading deep in there for a few days as well! First stop, Furneaux Lodge.

Over the next few days we'll be exploring deep into the Marlborough Sounds and walking the super popular Queen Charlotte Track. This part of the South Island is ridiculously stunning from above and even more beautiful from the ground — we really are beyond blessed in New Zealand!
