stuff that didn’t happen: tommy never gets exiled, Dream doesn’t really care all that much when Tommy does burn down Gogy’s because he’s on his side, Ranboo never joins new L’manburg, Dream never goes crazy and he and Tommy are friends (not close friends, Dream is Eret’s friend so they interact and Dream cares for the kid). Dream never takes Tommy’s lives and so he still has all three, Dream never goes to prison (neither does Tommy or Techno), the bedrock bros team up never happens, schallt never wins the election (ill explain all the lmanburg lore in a minute), wilbur, techno and dream never blow up lmanburg, phil never kills wilbur, and yeah that’s about it.
new stuff that happens: tommy betrays lmanburg with eret and becomes prince, ranboo and tommy become besties so ranboo is on the greater smps side, ranboo doesn’t really like tubbo, and all the other stuff will be explained in the following timeline

after tommy and eret betray lmanburg they are left in a war for independence once again, and without tommy to give up his discs, they’re losing, until jschallt joins, and with the help of wilbur, engages in a huge political war with dream for independence. eventually, dream agrees under the condition that wil is exiled. schallt agrees, and independence is gained. an election is held, and niki is voted president with jack as her vice
