Rebuilding The Rear Brakes on the Suzuki Bandit 1200! How-To EP4

The rear brakes on the Bandit 1200 absolutely did not work when I got the bike so it is time to dig in a fix them! Without spending any money on new parts I was able to simply disassemble the entire system, clean thoroughly, and reassemble back to working order. The dust seals were blowing out causing the pistons to stick. The Bandit takes one step closer to being the ultimate asphalt assault vehicle!

Tools/Materials used:
Ultrasonic cleaner (30L) with some Mean Green and water mix
Clear hoses for bleeding the system
Dot 4 brake fluid
Gunk Foam cleaner (the foam is what you want!)
