Shocking Features of the Newest CRV Hybrid

I have owned this 2024 CRV Sport L Hybrid since July of 2023 and have a lot to say about it. There are some really surprising features of the CRV Sport L, many of which will also be on the CRV Sport or CRV Sport Touring. The 2024 CRV has an integral exhaust manifold that is built into the cylinder head. It also has a catalytic converter that is tucked under the hood and above the front crossmember, so it is very difficult to get stolen. The 2024 CRV Hybrid has an Atkinson Cycle engine that mostly powers the generator, that charges the high voltage battery. The power is delivered with an e-CVT that is not really like a normal CVT. The 9 inch stereo in the 2024 CRV hybrid and also in the EXL allows you to skip backwards when using Sirius XM. The driving modes included Snow Mode, Econ Mode, Sport Mode, and Normal Mode, but the shifter also has another mode called B Mode, which allows more aggressive regenerative braking. The rear seat space is excellent. The rear doors open nearly a full 90 degrees.
