Time lapse of growing eyes of potatoes into harvestable tubers over 90 days. The eye was cut off of a store-bought russet potato that stayed forgotten in its storage for a while. It was then planted in a container with potting soil. The plant was growing fast with strong roots and blooming into lots of flowers. After 90 days, we decided to harvest tubers and their size is really pixie cute. It probably need a larger planting container, to begin with, in order to achieve the typical russet potatoes size.
