Most users know that CSD works through Grocery Card and Liquor Card, but many still get confused about:

Who is eligible (Officers, JCOs, OR, and eligible Defence Civilians)

Monthly limits for groceries

AFD (Against Firm Demand) annual limits

As per commonly referenced CSD limit structures, the combined monthly value limits (Grocery + Liquor Card) are typically shown around:

Officers / Equivalent: Grocery + Liquor Card total up to ₹13,500/month and AFD annual limits up to ₹1,00,000.
