In this video, we introduce The Separation Space, a 12 month support series designed to guide you through the first year of separation with compassion, clarity, and structure.

Together, Rachel and Sam Shotter, Divorce Coach and Paralegal, share why this work matters and how this space came to life.

What is The Separation Space?

The Separation Space is not about simply getting through separation.
It is about being supported as you rebuild your life emotionally, practically, and personally.

Over 12 months, we will help you:
• Navigate the emotional overwhelm and uncertainty of separation
• Rebuild confidence when it feels completely lost
• Make sense of who you are now and where you are going
• Find the courage to make changes that align with your values
• Discover that life after divorce can be calmer, stronger, and more intentional

Divorce is not the end of your story, but it is a turning point.
And you do not have to walk it alone.

How the series works

Each month, we explore a key topic related to separation and life after divorce.
You will also have the opportunity to submit questions or topics anonymously, helping us shape conversations around what people are really experiencing.

Our aim is to create a supportive community where guidance is available when it is most needed. Separation is one of life’s most traumatic experiences, second only to bereavement, and no one should have to navigate it without support.
