As a society we have a tendency to worry about things that are important to us. The more we care, the more we worry. We express love in the form of worrying about the people and things we care about. We measure responsibility in the form of worry. However, we know that worry is detrimental to health and good decision making - it depletes us of our energy. In addition, we know that what we focus on expands and becomes more - it expands the things we don't want. In this talk, Zehra shares a simple technique for focusing our attention on the things that matter most. Aligning our Intention with our Attention. She calls this "Heart & Mind Alignment." She explains that when we focus our attention on our intention we expand what we want, and at the same time eliminate worry. In her words "whatever we pay attention to controls our life." Zehra Mahoon is a Certified Transformational Trainer, Author, Speaker & Coach. Her mission is to guide others to stop making mistakes that prevent them from their success and happiness by teaching them the power of self-talk based on her signature Heart and Mind Alignment Method. The author of 19 books, Zehra shares her personal journey to help people with theirs.
