Kingdom Hearts 2 did something I'd never seen before - it spent its first hours completely changing things up from where the first left off, not only putting us in the boots of a different protagonist, but managed to expand the universe in ways the first never did. This is not to say that the first game did anything bad, but rather than the sequel was exactly what a 'perfect' sequel should be, something that expands upon the first in virtually every way possible.

With Kingdom Hearts 2's opening hours, we got to experience the last days of Roxas in Twilight Town, and were left to wonder what had happened to Sora - and soon, what would happen to Roxas. It's always been one of my favourite introductions to a game ever, and in this video, I want to tell you why.
