A Reminder to Come Back Home to Jamaica | Her Story

Jamaican pride is alive and well. Simone Brown is a living breathing example of what it is to be Jamaican and to represent Jamaica in the best ways possible. Simone has an interesting story and background being born in Toronto then being raised in Jamaica then moving back to Toronto for University. Our sit-down explores the journey of Simone’s relationship with her own Jamaican identity which eventually compelled her to start the Jamaican non-profit organization 876 Volunteer
