Many happy returns

Some retailers and online shopping sites have very liberal return policies - even taking back merchandise they can't sell again - in order to ensure happy customers. Tracy Smith examines why the return policies of companies like Lands' End and Nordstrom count on shopping psychology to make them pay off.
