Disclaimer: It worked for me, might not be the best cook, use at your own disclosure. I play without CH so I can sustain the most mana throughout the fight, it does not mean that playing a chain heal-less build is better than a Primordial Wave ("AA+PTC") focused build, for example.

Trinkets: OCE (Critical Strike) + Ward of Faceless Ire. Swapped Ward for Blossom on Khajin onwards.

Disclaimer: Blossom of Amirdrassil is a mediocre trinket to run overall. You sacrifice main stat for haste and most of the effect from the trinket goes into overhealing. Because all of Khajin is rot damage, it's easy for Blossom to push HPS and not do so much overhealing, which turns out to be quite decent here. Otherwise, it's a trinket I don't run.
