Max, Grant & Nicholas (the also-late Tony Hamilton / Phil Morris, son of the also-late Greg Morris / Australian actor Thaao Penghlis) are assigned to rescue both Dr. O - hence the scientist in question - alongside Shannon Reed (V's Jane Badler) from a terrorist organization referred to as the SINISTER 7.
