Akirudai Park is located in the center of the Akiru Plateau, which is a tributary of the Tama River and extends between the Aki River and the Hirai River, and the surrounding area is a rural landscape that retains the remnants of Musashino. To the south of Akigawa, you can see the Akigawa hills, Takiyama hills, and to the north of the Hirai river, Hamurakusabana hill nature park, and to the west, you can see the mountains of Okutama.

Currently, about 11,8ha of the planned area of ​​15ha has been completed, and the rime-type fountain and all-weather type 3 official stadium set up in the central square are prominent. Recently, the Chinese hwamei, which is characterized by crying, is breeding.

秋留台公園は、多摩川の支流、秋川と平井川の間にひろがる秋留台地のほぼ中央に位置し、周辺は武蔵野の面影を残す田園風景となっています。秋川の南には秋 川丘陵・滝山丘陵・平井川の北には羽村草花丘陵自然公園、さらに西方は奥多摩の連山を望むことができる自然環境に恵まれた公園です。

現在は、計画面積15haのうち、約11,8haが完成しており、中央広場に設置された樹氷型噴水と全天候型第三種公認競技場がきわだっています。近頃、泣き声に特徴のあるカオグロガビチョウが繁殖しています。
