CHICO, Calif. — After losing everything to the Park Fire, Don Andrews, a local dozer operator, is still working to help his community.

“It never touched home until it happens to you and then now that it’s happened to us, I understand that stare, I understand how people get when they walk away with nothing, they are lucky enough to leave with their lives,” said Andrews
