july vlog| mid year reflections, overcoming self doubt, new york summer, days at home

Hi there, how are you all? I wanted to start my vlog documenting my current state of mind as we have entered the second half of the year. 👀

These past months I have been putting efforts into unraveling the truths behind who I am as a person versus the social standards/culture that I allowed to affect me. I'm still so much a work in progress and of course face moments of self doubt. Still, I believe taking the time to understand my values and also my insecurities can only lead to being a more wholesome human.

There were also lots of low points and darkness at times, but at the end of the day I remind myself that confronting and overcoming these moments is honestly a courageous thing. And I'm proud to be on this journey to self love.
