This was hell. It's THE hardest bosses in The Battle Bricks: One on One. I don't remember Soulfuse being this hard in the actual battle bricks... It has an improbable difficulty of 6.8 STARS! I have to say though, this boss is really fun. Melee weapons are the best for this boss as ranged won't work unless you are close to Soulfuse because of his shield. This took me multiple attempts as the soul coils are really threatening and is suggested to be fought only if you have 2+ lives. I am currently the 290th victor of this boss, so that's something to flex about! The way to get to this boss is quite difficult, so I'll put a tutorial here:
Start by entering Tumore mode
Go to the second area where crossroads is usually at, then go into the orange building with all the mud leaking from the roof
Find a glass cube and pick it up.
Go to the light tower and hold the cube in front of the light to activate the cube
Once the cube has lit up, type "remembrance" into the box that says, "write thy prayers".

Soulfuse has 3 phases, the first being easy, the second being a little more difficult, and the third being quite difficult without knowing how the phase works.
In the first phase, Soulfuse has a passive shield that absorbs most damage, and he only brings it down when you are really close. This is why melees are best for this boss. When you are in around a 9-12 stud range, Soulfuse attacks by using small explosions. After he explodes them, he puts his shield back up for a second then releases it again when he needs to attack again. After 3-4 attacks, he teleports to a random location and then he uses an ability. He can either release shockwaves with stars or send an orb that shoots beams at you. When he jumps up, you can't attack him until he's finished with his ability. Look up into the sky, and you'll see stars being created. Soulfuse will start hitting the stars down and it will create a beam and a shockwave. Pretty easy to dodge, just don't walk into a beam or half of your health is gone. Next, he will send the orb. The orb floats towards you, but you can dodge it by walking in a circle-like pattern. It shoots 3 beams per burst, and touching the orb will make you lose ~80% of your health. This is one of his worst abilities.
In his second phase, he is the same as his first but when he attacks, he doesn't put up his forcefield anymore until he teleports and he attacks faster. His orb ability has an addition where he summons an ultimate coil that dashes and does damage when close. When paired with the orb, it can take a lot of health away if not cautious. He gains a new ability where he creates a finger gun that has 300 health and 105 armor. It takes ~25 seconds to wind up, then shoots a laser beam that makes a giant explosion and instakills the player. Without good weapons, destroying this gun is impossible and forces a lost life. My weapons aren't good enough, so I have to lose a life to it.
In his third and final phase, he no longer attacks however he spawns 3 soul coils that each have 750 health. The soul of speed rushes towards you and does slashing attacks. He does a barrage of slashes after a few of his normal slashes. The soul of regeneration heals any damaged souls by around 100 health each time he heals. Very annoying, but isn't much of a problem. The soul of gravity has the same attack as soulfuse's star attack, just it only makes 3 and is way stronger. Long windup but it's alright. Its best to kill soul of speed, then gravity, then regeneration in order for a better run. Ranged weapons are heavily recommended for soul of speed since using a melee while he is barraging slashes can get you killed. Its best to have two lives JUST IN CASE soul of speed kills you with his barrages. Other than soul of speed, this phase is quite easy if you have two lives.

I used Rocket Launcher, Twistellion, and Faux Firebrand to defeat Soulfuse.
Rocket Launcher shoots a rocket dealing 40-110 damage, it has a long windup and a long cooldown and you cannot switch weapons while using the Rocket Launcher. Very good ranged for this boss.
Twistellion is a one-use melee that has charges. It gains charges overtime and starts off with 10 and has a max of 30. It can deal 700+ damage if it is at max charges! After a hit, even if you miss, it launches a ton of small spike traps that do small damage to the boss when walked into.
Faux Firebrand is a melee sword that can has a long windup and a long cooldown. It's the best melee to use here as it can do 150+ damage and burn damage! It's good for this boss since melee is recommended for the first and second phases!
