FORGET PRICEY TOURS! 23 THB to Maeklong Railway Market from Bangkok DIY [4K]

Some people pay over 1,000 Thai Baht to join a crowded group tour to visit here. But you can follow the steps in this video and be an independent traveller for less than one-tenth of the Tour Group prices!

Mae Klong market is special because the stalls are right next to the train tracks.So close, in fact, that the stall holders have to pull back their goods and shades to allow the trains to pass inches from where people are standing.

You can buy all the usual things here; fruit, vegetables, clothes, souvenirs. And being a local market, the prices are generally not expensive.

You might spend 3 hours getting here by train and ferry, but the journey is fascinating, and the price, 23 Thai Baht, is unbeatable!
