The balloons didn’t have enough helium in them and some even deflated during the party, so the plaintiff is suing for a refund. The defendant claims when she set up the balloons, everything looked great. It wasn’t until a week after the wedding that the plaintiff complained because five balloons didn’t float right. The defendant would have adjusted them if the plaintiff had said something in the first place.
