This week, we're showcasing the latest release from Hario, the Mugen brewer.

This is another brewer produced in combination with Tetsu Kasuya, the 2016 World Brewers Cup Champion. We found this brewer very intriguing as it is intended to be used to brew single pour recipes,.

This recipe utilizes clean and filtered water at approximately 60ppm total hardness.

25g Coffee - 300g Water
93°C Water Temp
1:12 Brew Ratio
- 0:00 - 00:15 - Pour 300g of water using a kettle without a flow restrictor
Total Time - 2:00 Minutes

20g Coffee - 300g Water
91°C Water Temp
1:15 Brew Ratio
- 0:00 - 00:15 - Pour 300g of water using a kettle without a flow restrictor
Total Time - 3:00 Minutes
