🟩 Ingredients for Restaurant Style Methi Malai Matar

For cooking base:
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp + 1 tbsp (total 2 tbsp) Butter
1 tsp Cumin (Jeera)
1 small piece Cinnamon (Dalchini) – 2 small sticks
10–12 Black Peppercorns (Kali Mirch)
1 whole Garlic (Lasun)
½ inch Ginger – sliced
7–8 Green Chillies (slit)
3 Onions – roughly chopped
7–8 Cashews – soaked in warm water

Main Ingredients:
1 bunch Fresh Fenugreek (Methi)
300g Green Peas (Matar) – boiled
Salt to taste
½ tsp Turmeric Powder

Dry Masala Mix:
1 tsp Cumin Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala

Final additions:
Less than 1 small bowl Curd (Dahi)
1 bowl Milk
½ bowl Water (later added another ½ to make total ~1.5 bowl as per consistency)
Fresh Cream (Amul Cream) for richness
Kasuri Methi (for final garnish as last step)
