Well, I didn't think it was possible. I've recently started to play MUGEN more during my very little spare time from work, since I found it laying around on my old laptop, so I decided to snoop around, and I actually managed to find a character cheaper than Rare Akuma in terms of difficulty beating (Yes, he is beatable by normal means, but good luck)
