The house sits on a large plot of land, with most of the area dedicated to preserving the Atlantic Forest. The residence itself occupies only 30% of the land, allowing ample space for the forest to thrive.

The two-story house utilizes large windows and open spaces to create a seamless connection between the interior and the surrounding beauty. The wooden elements, including walkways, stairs, pergolas, eaves, and even the roof structure, all contribute to this sense of flow.
