Former UBER driver EARN THOUSANDS Wholesaling Houses | TO THE MOON With Michael Carr

In today's To The Moon episode, we have Michael Carr, an Astroflipping student of mine who I see as a brother from another mother. He's story is one that is truly inspiring and I know many people would be able to relate and resonate with. He'll be sharing how he overcame his doubts and turned wholesaling real estate into an incredible business that would truly pave the way for financial freedom.

Michael started to take interest in real estate in 2018. He turned to YouTube to try to learn as much as he can about wholesaling real estate. Prior to joining Astroflipping, he had a 9-5 job, which, like most people, weren't generating for him enough income that he had to aslo do Uber, Lyft, and other small side hustles. His intention was to do wholesale real estate as a side hustle but little did he know at that time how wholesaling would turn out as such a big opportunity for him to not only get out of the rat race but also pave the way to a true financial freedom.

Upon joining Astroflipping, he understood how the best lead source is through relationship building with agents and other wholesalers, and immediately, he began to reach out to them through multiple platforms. He made $12K with his first deal which was a probate property. While it is true that for most people, $12K is not that big of a check, $12K and below are really what regular assignment fees look like. He understood that reality and more importantly, he understood that the key to succeed in this business long-term is for him to stack up on these "base hits".

Michael's wholesaling journey is a proof that if you want to be the best in this business, you need to take base hits and hit them all day long. It's exactly what he did which enabled him to fire his boss and do wholesaling full time.
