Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients:
Red Snapper, 80 g
Soya milk (Reduced sugar), 100 ml
Nyonya curry paste, 2 tsp
Coriander powder, 1 tsp
Turmeric powder, 1/3 tsp
Egg, 1 whole
Salt, 1/3 tsp
Shredded curry leaves, 8 pieces
Pepper, To taste

Method:
Cut the red snapper to smaller pieces
Blend the ingredients
Pour the mixture into a microwave safe container to shape
Spread the mixture evenly
Microwave at high power for around 4 minutes
