NAGA UNITY URGED: NO MORE FACTIONALISM!

In a press conference on September 12, 2024, Nagaland Power Minister KG Kenye emphasized resolutions from a consultative meeting with various stakeholders, including tribal Hohos, Civil society, and political parties. The House praised the ongoing Indo-Naga dialogue, urged all Naga factions to avoid further factionalism, and called for unity to strengthen the peace process. Additionally, they appealed to the Government of India to elevate the dialogue by appointing a high-level interlocutor to ensure progress in the negotiations.
