Practical Menswear Style 118 : PNW Heavy Duty Logger Boots * Nick's * White's Semi-Update * Rebuild

Wherein I finally got some of my old questions mostly answered that may entertain or inform some of you whom watched the old videos from last year and have been keeping score or whatever.

I have not gotten ANY boots rebuilt and have not worn most of these very much yet, so I can't really do a proper 3 month or month review for the White's or the Nick's boots yet, but I want to draw attention to my Nick's Bison LTT vid that got almost no views still so far.

While I am recording: [HIS REPLY to one point] White's doesn't seem consistent on how much gusset they give you. I'm sure there is a ryme & reason but I haven't figured it out. For every pair of White's I see where you can only C-fold, I see a pair that can be tri-folded. Could be style, could be leather choice or could be the employee doing the cutting for that pair.
So you'll just have to try your best to tri-fold, and if you can't then you'll have to settle for the C-fold.

SO AGAIN, I'M STILL NOT SURE WHICH FOLD STYLE I'M EVEN USING, ANYWAY, BUT THIS WAY SEEMS EASIER THAN THE OTHER WAY WHEN INITIALLY LACING.
