Your karma put you here. While karma is often associated with revenge or negative experiences, it actually includes the lessons we learn as we progress through life from one lifetime to the next. Many of us were raised to see mistakes as disastrous events, and religion has highlighted the punishment that awaits us on judgment day. However, if we can shift our perspective and understand that it is through our mistakes that we grow, we can become more compassionate toward ourselves and others.

The concept of karma is frequently linked with past lives. Reincarnation has been validated in various ways, not only by researchers but also through events that cannot be explained otherwise. For example, some children are able to play the piano without any lessons, or they may recall places they've never visited before. Numerous stories exist that challenge a straightforward explanation and lend credence to the idea of reincarnation.

This continuity of life helps everything make sense. I understand that this might alienate some strict biblical adherents, but the concept of preexisting souls is mentioned in the Bible. This idea, which suggests that souls existed before birth, was later removed by a church leader because it conflicted with the linear narrative of life, death, and judgment that is a central part of Christian doctrine. This ultimately creates a dependency on the church.

What if the concept of "judgment" is karma, requiring you to learn again what you previously failed to understand in this lifetime? With each lifetime, the energies become more powerful, and the lessons are learned under harsher circumstances so that we get it—certainly punishment in itself.
