Recycled fiber, made from used plastic products, is the raw material for UNIQLO's fleece. Collected plastic products are sorted by color, making full use of AI and high-definition cameras. They are broken down into parts. Not even the slightest impurity is overlooked. This is because everything is reflected in the quality of the fleece. The crushed flakes are replaced by 100% recycled polyester yarn. Our experience of making clothes is tested on unknown materials. The recipe for the dye was also adjusted in grams and developed from scratch. We do not use "recycling" as an excuse for manufacturing. Even if we change the material, we never change the comfort of the wearer.
