Bohemian Rhapsody - Drum Cam - Jon Halliwell - One Night Of Queen 🔥

Bohemian Rapsody has got to be that one Queen song that everybody knows. 17 million sales worldwide. WOW!
From the 1975 album A Night at the Opera.

It is great fun playing this song live. Definitely one of the major highlights of the night. We decided to do the operatic section the same way Queen did it live—leave the stage.

When finalising the drum parts for this song, I did what I always do with all the songs in set. I listened to the album version and as many live versions as I could find. I use Roger's drum parts from his studio and live performances.

He very often changed what he played live compared to what he recorded on the albums. Sometimes he added more live and sometimes he simplified the parts. If there is a drum part that I think everyone is expecting to hear, I'll play it.

For Bohemian Rhapsody, the drum parts I am playing mainly come from the album version and the Live Aid performance.

The Heavy Rock section right after the Operatic section is so much fun. The drum fill that Roger plays leading into it is one of my favourite Roger moments of all time.

I should probably make a list of my favourite Roger moments and make a video. Let me know if that is something you would like to see.
