I revive Staraptor on the high ladder of the Gen 9 UU tier. Staraptor used to be one of the most busted Pokémon in UU and Below before generation 9 and always found itself in UUBL.

Suddenly in Gen 9 it has fallen to the way side and has dropped to the PU Tier! How shameful, Despite the ability to Terastallize to one of its STAB Types The Power Creep seems to have gotten it down Tremendously
