Agility isn't just about speed—it's about controlling your body, keeping your balance, and training your brain. In this video, we move from the ground to the sky, mastering cool moves like the "Airplane" and the exciting "Crow Challenge." Perfect for kids ages 7–14 who want to be nimble, quick, and strong! 🤸‍♂️

Sunny will guide you through a professional yoga sequence:

🐈 Block 1: Warm-up & Coordination: Wake up the spine with Cat-Cow and train your brain with the diagonal Bird-Dog balance.
✈️ Block 2: Standing Agility: Master the Revolved Lunge and fly high in Warrior III (Airplane Mode).
🦅 Block 3: Power Challenge: Open hips in Garland Pose and try the ultimate agility test — Crow Pose!
🐍 Block 4: Back Flexibility: Open your heart with Cobra, Bow, and Camel poses.
🦇 Block 5: Deep Stretch: Calm down with Bat Pose and the twisting Cow Face Pose.
