Mt. Tambora erupted in Indonesia in 1815, claiming the lives of 92,000 people. It was the most powerful eruption in recorded history. Tambora, on the other hand, was around one-seventh the size of the smallest super volcano. There are about 1500 of these monsters, although it is quite unlikely that all of the world's volcanoes will erupt at once, one can't help but wonder what will happen if every volcano on earth suddenly erupted?
