Hi everyone

whear Pathiri / gothamb Pathiri / Muttapathiri is a type of pancake made with only 2 ingredients wheat flour and egg . It is eaten most frequently for breakfast or dinner . This can be prepared in few minutes. Here I use clay pot for making Pathiri . you can eat this Pathiri with coconut milk and sugar springled on top instead of curry ,that taste also too good, discard termeric powder for sweat version.

Ingredients :

wheat flour 1&1/2 cup
Eggs 2 no's
water 1&1/4 cups
termeric powder 1/2 tsp (optional)
salt to taste
