This orchard sprayer is provided with a compact tank having 10 mm wall thickness. The tank is made up of 3 compartments, which include a 600lit main tank, 70lit rinsing, and 20lit clean water tank with dual water tube level indicator. This Airotec Turbo 600 tractor trailed sprayer has fitted with the high-pressure jet inside the main tank for uniform chemical mixing thus provide equal chemical concentration throughout spraying and basket mixture for preparing the chemical. This orchard Airotec Turbo 600 sprayer gives the lowest turning radius for turning in the low spacing vineyards due to the 3 axis toe bar mechanism. Mitra Agro Equipment has taken care of the safety by providing the safety devices like Innova coupling which reduces the vibration and jerk coming from the tractor, pressure relief valve which automatically opens at 40 bar pressure to protect the pump from excessive pressure damage. In this model, we are using a 3-way adjustable wheel axel, which can be used for adjustable track width, Height, tire reverse and forward. This machine has a very compact dimension than other imported sprayers. The most important benefits of Airotec Turbo 600 this tractor operated sprayer are, it’s equipped with the manual operated controller, which gives the accurate delivery of chemical while spraying. This Airotec Turbo 600 spraying solution is filtered with suction filter (Primary) and brass line filter (Secondary) filters and finally passing through the high-quality brass nozzles. This shaft is connecting between the diaphragm pump to the tractor PTO shaft. This Power is also transferred to a 2-speed gearbox i.e. low-high and neutral with 1:4 and 1:5 gear ratios respectively. Hot-dip galvanized chassis for long life and prevention from rusting. Similarly, scrapper, side guards, bottom plate and rear bumper are processed by hot-dip galvanizing process.
