when a high pressure real has gas passes through a throttle valve to reduce it's pressure then three things can happen in connection with its temperature i.e. it's temperature may reduce, increase or remains same. question is; in which case it's temperature will rise?, in which case it will fall? and in which case it will remains same? The answer is, it depends on the exit pressure of throttle valve.For some exit pressure it will rise for some it will fall and for some pressure it will remain same.
