Is it really called Frogpool? Walking Gwennap, Frogpool and Cusgarne

Описание к видео Is it really called Frogpool? Walking Gwennap, Frogpool and Cusgarne

We filmed this walk during the August Bank Holiday weekend. Our aim was to avoid traffic jams, crowds and find some peace and tranquility. Full of beautiful Cornish cottages, this walk is a delight for those seeking the real Cornwall, more gritty, less Disney!

We park in Gwennap, walk across fields to Frogpool - is it really called Frogpool? - on to Cusgarne returning via country lanes that have moss in the middle!

We discovered a real treat - an organic farm with shop and cafe. Find out what we thought about the food.

Also in this video, we were incredibly lucky to find the Methodist Chapel in Frogpool was open and we were able to explore inside.

This walk is our own devising and we have not found it in a walk book. This video is a vlog of our day, not intended for you to follow, more to entertain. If you would like to follow the walk for yourselves, we have put together an annotated video with written instructions on Patreon.   / cornishwalkingtrails  . We will also post updates and news to Patreon to give you a bit of the behind the scenes insight.
