I've done it. I've finally ascended. I'm now the Zwag of Karthus players, only immeasurably better because Karthus is clearly the better character. Who even needs 3 main abilities, anyway? But really, you probably want to get Karthus W at 4, 8, 11, or 13, dependent entirely on a few factors:

If you have a melee matchup, take wall at 8. If you have a CC-heavy support, or Jungle, take wall at either 8 or 11. If you've completely lost control of your life, take wall at 13. The moment you think "dang, I could've gotten something if I had wall" is when you should probably take wall.
