INGREDIENTS

1 pound beef stew meat
2-3 large carrots, peeled and cut into thick slices
1 lb potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups frozen peas
¼ cup all-purpose flour
3-4 tsp vegetable oil
2 Tbs red wine vinegar
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs tomato paste
1 cup red wine
3 cups beef broth
2 bay leaves
1 sprig fresh thyme
2 tsp salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp dried rosemary (I forgot to mention it in the video)

TIP: If your stew is too thin, mix 1 Tbs cornstarch with 2 Tbs COLD water to create a slurry. Gradually add slurry to stew and bring to a boil. After a couple minutes, reassess and repeat until the stew reaches your desired consistency.
